The 2015 Billboard Music Awards held last night in Vegas  and according to US fashion critics, the ladies pictured above made the worst dressed & best dressed lists. Taylor Swift's white  jumpsuit, Kendall Jenner's sleek black and silver ensemble etc But that  Dencia's pop art-inspired jumpsuit—complete with a neon face-print and visor—was just plain bizarre.
