
After all the crisis The Peoples Democratic Party faced (PDP), The Chairman Muazu submitted his resignation letter this morning May 20 which is said to be effective immediately. According to sources a meeting was held last night, where it was agreed by the PDP chairman and his associates for him to resign as the party's chairman.
According to reports Muazu said he was tired of all the stress he has been subjected to since the party lost the presidential elections. Ayo Fayose and Femi Fani Kayode have called for his resignation and that of other National Working Committee.
According to This Day, it was also reliably gathered that President Goodluck Jonathan has asked the chairman of PDP Board of Trustees (BOT), Chief Anthony Anenih to resign his office as the BOT chairman.
