On Thursday The Paley Center for Media hosted an evening with the cast of ‘Scandal’ in New York City, and  Kerry wore a spring like Pre-Fall 2015 Prabal Gurung frock boasting an abstract floral print. Lovely outfit. more pictures after the cut.
