You know  many government officials in Nigeria usually have convoys of about 10 to 20 cars. Senator-elect, Ben Murray Bruce says its not necessary to have convoys of about 20 cars, 3 is okay as these officials are leading in a poor country and the money can be diverted to more important things. I'm sure a lot of people would agree.
