During President Buhari's inauguration speech, he said that the Armed Forces can not fight Boko Haram from Abuja .So, the Command center will be moved to Maiduguri, Borno state until Boko Haram is eradicated. He described Boko Haram as a mindless group far away from Islam and promised to secure the release of the Chibok girls. He also said, there will be no paying of old scores. The past is prologue..
